The factory is located in Texas and uses modern 3D scanners and laser equipment. Havoc™ has patented its own car-mat manufacturing technology, designed to avoid common drawbacks of inexpensive mats: 

• unpleasant rubber odour; 
• rapid wear of the driver's mat; 
• edges that fail to contain liquid, allowing it to spill beyond the mat;

3D surface modelling helps the mats hold their shape. A two-level pattern of channels and recesses collects dirt in separate areas, reducing how much is spread across the mat by footwear. 

Special polyurethane formulation that contains liquid. 

The mats are moulded from a special rubber blend. Their contours follow the curves and uneven sections of the vehicle floor. The wear-resistant material withstands temperature changes and has no strong rubber smell.

The shape is then refined by laser cutting, and every mat is test-fitted in the vehicle. Finished products undergo quality control and checks against the US-standard quality management system before packing.
