Delivery and payment

Nova Poshta + Ukrposhta

Delivery is available to Nova Poshta branches or parcel lockers, and to Ukrposhta branches by postcode. Our manager confirms stock and quantity and agrees dispatch details with you. For parcel lockers, we also check the dimensions of the packed goods.

Delivery of individual items is paid by the recipient at the carrier's rates. HAVOC bundles displaying the relevant offer on the product page include free Nova Poshta delivery. Delivery is not included in the goods subtotal; our store does not charge a fixed delivery fee.

Payment on delivery

Payment on delivery or a request for bank-transfer payment is available. Our manager provides bank details after confirming your order. The recipient pays any payment-remittance fee at the carrier's rates. Our manager will confirm the order details before dispatch.

Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta are available. Bundle terms are shown on the product page and during checkout.
