The set is designed for Sixth-generation Toyota RAV4 (XA60), from 2026, with factory-fitted integrated roof rails β low longitudinal rails that sit close to the roof. The crossbar feet attach to the rails rather than the roof surface.
Unsuitable for RAV4 2019β2025, Woodland and Woodland Plug-in Hybrid versions with raised roof rails, or vehicles without the appropriate rails.

The pads sit between the feet and roof rails, separating the mounting body from the rail surface.

Foot and protective pad
The foot connects the bar to the roof rail. Before tightening the fixing, place the protective pad in its recess: it must sit flat between the foot and rail.
How the crossbars are fitted

- Check that the vehicle's roof rails match the shape of the feet and lay out the components as instructed.
- Connect the bars to the feet and fit the protective pads. Orient the crossbars according to the markings on the components.
- Position the set on the roof rails and tighten the fixings evenly as instructed.
- Check that all four feet are secure, fit the covers and lock them.
Before every loaded journey, check the crossbar and accessory fixings. Recheck the tightness after the first journey.
For a roof box and sports equipment
Carrying accessories require suitable fixings and are ordered separately.
The crossbars can be used with a roof box, luggage basket, bicycle and ski carriers that fit their profile. Before choosing an accessory, check the dimensions of its clamps or U-bolts and the permitted spacing between the bars.
Allow for the weight of the carrying accessory and the vehicle's permitted roof load.
Load β up to 80 kg
The combined weight of the cargo and carrying accessory on the crossbars must not exceed 80 kg. Observe the lowest limit specified for the vehicle roof, roof rails, crossbars and fitted accessory. The roof limit also includes the weight of the crossbars themselves. Distribute the load evenly between the two bars.

Do they fit every 2026 RAV4?
The vehicle must have factory-fitted integrated roof rails of the correct shape. This set is unsuitable for Woodland and Woodland Plug-in Hybrid versions with raised roof rails.
Can they be fitted to a vehicle without roof rails?
Compatible longitudinal roof rails must be fitted first. The crossbars do not attach directly to the roof. Send us a photograph of your vehicle and we will help check which version you need.
Does fitting require drilling the bodywork?
